There are no classes being offered in November or December. During November and December Polly and Vera are both undertaking professional development programs. We thank you in advance for your understanding. We trust that you will re-join the program of 5 week terms which will recommence January 28 2025.
Prior to re-commencment of the 5 week terms, Polly and Vera will both run intensives during the week of

Teacher Development Program
The program offers teachers and students wishing to develop their home practice, a forum to explore teaching and practice techniques, principles and values. Teachers registered with Polly as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher Trainee must attend the full program. Read more
