INTRODUCTION TO YOGA FOR WOMENS HEALTH 24 TO 26 JULY


This workshop will provide simple practices that all women will find helpful to balance stress; improve sleep and increase energy levels.

Session times are

Friday  5.30 - 7.30pm  
Saturday 9.00 - 11.00am  
Saturday 2.00pm - 4.00pm  
Sunday 9.00am - 11.00am 
Sunday 2.00pm - 4.00pm
 

All equipment is provided, though you are encouraged to bring a small eye cushion.  Many of the resting postures are enhanced when the eyes are covered with a light weight.
