INTRODUCTION TO YOGA FOR PEOPLE 40+ YEARS 11 TO 13 SEPTEMBER


Everybody can practice yoga safely when we learn to pay attention to the experience of the body. This requires the mind to become quiet and give up the role of "do-er" or manager. If you are interested to put stop managing your life and to start living from a place of inner strength and calm, then this is the workshop for you.

Session times are

Friday  5.30 - 7.30pm  
Saturday 9.00 - 11.00am  
Saturday 2.00pm - 4.00pm  
Sunday 9.00am - 11.00am 
Sunday 2.00pm - 4.00pm
 

All equipment is provided, though you are encouraged to bring a small eye cushion.  Many of the resting postures are enhanced when the eyes are covered with a light weight.
