Students attending must have some yoga experience. These classes are not introductory level.
A great way to start the year. Rising early to pracitce is one of the most supportive things you can do for your self. The 10 days of practice will work through the full range of standing poses and will give particular focus to the development of inversions. The first week of classes will focus on shoulder stand and variations, and the second week will include hand stand, forearm balance and variations in head stand.
